- “Molecules without borders” (“Molecole Senza Frontiere” - MoSeF, in Italian), intended to illustrate artistic, historical, archaeological, social, economical, ethnological (with a focus on gastronomy), scientific (mainly biomedical and pharmacological or nutraceutical) and technological features of traded products across centuries, with a special attention to the interconnections between these disciplines and to the “molecular” level and implications.
- We illustrated the importance of many “natural products” contained into several classes of “traded products” at a molecular level (interaction with biological targets, physicochemical properties), and the implications of these actions on health, commercial value and historical uses of the corresponding products.

The project was based on a strong interdisciplinary approach. It featured interactive lessons, exhibits, multimedia products, interactive art installations, demos of experiments and lab activity, and gastronomic events.
